Boca Raton Acupuncture offers Acupuncture Continuing Education Courses and credits based on relevant course material for today’s physicians. As per the Florida Department of Health, every acupuncture licensee must complete 30 hours of approved continuing education within the biennium for which they are claimed. The requirements are:
- Two (2) hour course relating to prevention of medical errors.
- Two (2) hours of Florida Laws and Rules
- Five (5) hours of Biomedical Sciences
- Twenty-one (21) hours of general CE
Note: Continuing education programs relating to laboratory tests and imaging findings will be considered as biomedical sciences.
All courses offered by Boca Raton Acupuncture have been approved by the Florida Department of Health, Board of Acupuncture (CE Provider # 50-15619). All courses will be available online and can be completed on your own time. These courses do not have to be taken in sequence, you can take any that interest you or need units in.
All credit hours must be earned within the biennium period for which they are claimed.
If you are interested in obtaining the CEU credits, complete the examination section and send both the credit card authorization form along with your answers to info@ftlauderdaleacupuncture.com. Upon passing the examination with an 85% or better and submitting your payment, your CEUs will be reported and posted to CE Broker for your convenience.
